In the top of the page press Профиль 4. In the middle of opened page look Индивидуальные настройки with Language buttons ° rus, ° eng to choose 5. At the bottom of the profile page press the button Редактировать профайл to save changes. Now you can return to discussion. For new topic press For new topic with voting dont press if not necessary You can also register as new user in reply form at the same time with posting reply. Good luck.
